Terms & Conditions

3. Direct Linking: Direct linking to Austen & Blake’s website is permitted, but affiliates must comply with PPC policies if applicable.
4. PPC Policy: Austen & Blake operates a Closed PPC policy. Affiliates must obtain prior approval before bidding on brand names, trademarks, or product keywords. Unauthorized PPC activity will result in removal from the program and withholding of commissions.
5. Brand Bidding: No bidding on Austen & Blake’s brand terms or trademarks is allowed unless explicitly approved. This includes domain registrations or ad copy containing brand variations or misspellings.
6. Cookie Duration: Cookies last 30 days from the first click, with a 90-day validation period to account for manufacturing and return times.
7. Affiliate Conduct: Affiliates must not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or inappropriate marketing practices. Failure to comply with terms may lead to suspension or termination from the program without notice.
