<p>Trademark Bidding & Keywords</p>
<p><strong>Career.io</strong> does not allow affiliates to bid on brand terms or deviations relating thereto, nor are affiliates allowed to use them within a display URL advertising. There are limited exceptions to our TM+ bidding policy and when exceptions are made, affiliates may not outrank or outbid <strong>Career.io</strong>. <p>Commissions will not be paid where there is evidence of any paid search activity on brand terms without prior authorization. This includes permutations, misspellings, and broad matches containing brand terms.</p>
<p>Affiliates are not permitted to bid on any variation of the <strong>Career.io</strong> brand trademark or website, at any time, in any search engine.</p>

<p>Affiliate Links & Banners</p>
<p>You may use <strong>Career.io</strong> promotional material (banners & logos) provided on the Impact.com platform on your website. You are not allowed to create your own banners or images. If you want to use different materials to promote <strong>Career.io</strong> on your website or need custom sizes, please contact us</p>
<p>Coupon Codes</p>
<p id="isPasted">Allowed. However, only discount/voucher codes that are provided by Career.io within Impact.com or created exclusively for the use of a publisher can be used or promoted. When you are unsure about a certain code or you want more information about discount/voucher codes, please contact us</p>
<p><strong>Career.io</strong> reserves the right to withhold payment of commission if unauthorized discount/voucher codes are used in an affiliate sale. We appreciate that consumers may use codes found via a site other than that which is awarded the sale, and this will be investigated before decisions on commission payments are made. <em>Any affiliate found to be displaying unauthorized <strong>Career.io</strong></em><em> codes may also have their commission set to zero until the code(s) are removed.</em></p>
<p>If discount/voucher codes are issued to an affiliate partner with an expiry date this should be clearly displayed, and codes should be removed or explicitly marked as expired after this due date unless you are advised otherwise. Any affiliates displaying expired codes without marking them as being expired may be suspended from the program.</p>
<p>Exclusion in Case of Violation</p>
<p><strong>Career.io</strong> has the right to exclude you from the affiliate program at any time through the affiliate platform for violations such as, but not limited to, spamming, illegal activity, and inappropriate advertising.</p>
<p>Deduplication</p>
<p>The <strong>Career.io</strong> program has a deduplication model, which means that the cookie will be deduplicated on last-click counts against other paid online marketing channels. Channels like SEO, organic social, and other organic sources are not included within the deduplication model.</p>
<p>Commission Classification</p>
<p><strong>Career.io</strong> pays industry-standard commissions on accepted affiliate sales. On acceptance to our program you will be onboarded to our default minimum commission. CPA increases are available for certain partner types and also in exchange for promotional opportunities. If you want more information about commission structures, please contact us</p>
<p>Commissioned sales are paid once <strong>Career.io</strong>’s terms are met, and we reserve the right to change the commission structure at any time and will take effect 7 days after communication to the partner.</p>
<p>Commission Inspection</p>
<p>Commissions can be rejected for the following reasons:</p>

<li>Partial returns</li>
<li>Unpaid orders/fraud/failed credit check</li>
<li>Duplicate orders</li>
<li>Violation of T&Cs</li>
