At Jumbo, we are passionate about technology and even more passionate about earning the trust of our customers.
Few things signal the dawn of a new era like the revolution that Jumbo heralded into UAE over 40 years ago. The late Mr. M R Chhabria founded the company that went on to transform the consumer electronics landscape in UAE and grew into what we are today - a formidable corporate.
Guided by our founder’s philosophy and defined by our varied portfolio, unique strengths and skills, we have grown from strength to strength over the last four decades. Through strategic diversification, we aim to create a future where everyone has access to the best that the world can offer.
We believe in the significance of long-term partnerships – precisely why our brands, customers, associates and employees have been our long-standing allies and will remain with us in our march towards a bigger and brighter tomorrow.
From being a brick and mortar retailer, Jumbo Retail has grown into an OmniChannel Retailer providing the most seamless shopping experience, be it online or in-store.
Our evolution is embodied in steady and significant growth that Jumbo OmniChannel Retail has seen in the last 4 decades. Since 1974, Jumbo has continued to be UAE’s most trusted retailer with an omnichannel retail experience. The concept offers superior experience and customized offerings on latest technology products and services, online as well as offline.
Jumbo OmniChannel Retail offers the best in mobile phones, laptops, TVs, home theatres, cameras, gaming, lifestyle products, accessories and telecom services. As a strategic partner for high end premium brands like SONY and DYSON, Jumbo OmniChannel Retail manages brand boutiques too. It also operates DU franchise stores across UAE. Jumbo offers after-sales service from Jumbo Serve (the largest service centre in the UAE) and installation support as well as smart home services from Jumbo UnwiredCrew. We also offer other value added services such as Jumbo Salama and Jumbo Exchange.
Jumbo OmniChannel Retail continues to be the pioneer tech-retailer in the region.
