<p>The founder of Sinmei has loved sour drinks since childhood, especially vinegar. After grown up, he started a beverage shop to promote vinegar drinks. In the beginning, he had difficulty in it, wondering why customers rejected him a lot.</p>
<p>He was curious why the vinegar was not popular despite the fact that it’s healthy for human bodies.</p>
<p>The founder soon found that young customers thought it was too sour to drink and they misunderstood that it was a healthy drink only for the elderly.</p>
<p>Then he adjusted his formula of drink and customers were getting surprised that his vinegar beverage was refreshing and tasty. That made him think about doing research on vinegar and let it become the drink of the whole generations.</p>
<p>As a result, he cooperated with the factory using the natural fruits to soak to make vinegar and started to focus on fruit vinegar. Without any chemical ingredients, he only makes the most natural, healthy, and tasty vinegar.</p>
<p>Sinmei was officially founded in October , 2012, launching the brand “Vinigar.” The flagship products are pineapple, apple & honey, and plum. The packaging is from bottles to small bags.</p>
