<p>Trademark Bidding & Keywords</p>
<p>TopCV does not allow affiliates to bid on brand terms or deviations relating thereto, nor are affiliates allowed to use them within a display URL advertising. There are limited exceptions to our TM+ bidding policy and when exceptions are made, affiliates may not outrank or outbid TopCV. If you are interested in learning more, please contact us.</p>
<p>Commissions will not be paid where there is evidence of any paid search activity on brand terms without prior authorization. This includes permutations, misspellings, and broad matches containing brand terms.</p>
<p>Affiliates are not permitted to bid on any variation of the TopCV brand trademark or website, at any time, in any search engine.</p>

<p>Affiliate Links & Banners</p>
<p>You may use TopCV promotional material (banners & logos) provided on the Impact.com platform on your website. You are not allowed to create your own banners or images. If you want to use different materials to promote TopCV on your website or need custom sizes, please contact us.</p>
<p>Coupon Codes</p>
<p>Allowed. However, <em><strong>only discount/voucher codes that are provided by </strong></em><strong><em>TopCV</em></strong><strong><em> within Impact.com or created exclusively for the use of a publisher can be used or promoted. </em></strong>When you are unsure about a certain code or you want more information about discount/voucher codes, please contact us.</p>
<p>TopCV reserves the right to withhold payment of commission if unauthorized discount/voucher codes are used in an affiliate sale. We appreciate that consumers may use codes found via a site other than that which is awarded the sale, and this will be investigated before decisions on commission payments are made. Any affiliate found to be displaying unauthorized TopCV codes may also have their commission set to zero until the code(s) are removed.</p>
<p>If discount/voucher codes are issued to an affiliate partner with an expiry date this should be clearly displayed, and codes should be removed or explicitly marked as expired after this due date unless you are advised otherwise. Any affiliates displaying expired codes without marking them as being expired may be suspended from the program.</p>
<p>Exclusion in Case of Violation</p>
<p>TopCV has the right to exclude you from the affiliate program at any time through the affiliate platform for violations such as, but not limited to, spamming, illegal activity, and inappropriate advertising.</p>
<p>Deduplication</p>
<p>The TopCV program has a deduplication model, which means that the cookie will be deduplicated against internal partners and paid online marketing channels. Channels like SEO, organic social, and other organic sources are not included within the deduplication model.</p>
<p>Commission Classification</p>
<p>TopCV pays industry-standard commissions on accepted affiliate sales. CPA increases are available in exchange for promotional opportunities offered by the partner. If you want more information about commission structures, please contact us.</p>
<p>Certain SKUs under US$100 (or GBP/EURO equivalent) are exempt from commission due to the tight margins associated with these products. All other product sales with price points -- US$149 to US$699 (or GBP/EURO equivalent) -- are commissionable.</p>
<p>Commissioned sales are paid once TopCV’s terms are met, and we reserve the right to change the commission structure at any time.</p>
<p>Commission Inspection</p>
<p>Commissions can be rejected for the following reasons:</p>
